Sheff Utd v West Brom tonight

Big game for Sheff Utd, if they win they are promoted, which might not be a bad thing as it also means West Brom may then struggle to make the play offs.

Yes, strangely id still rather avoid West Brom. Im sure i am over thinking them in a one off game but i generally prefer the likes of Millwall, Blackburn, Luton, Preston etc who i feel we could be too much for in a one off game at Wembley.

That said, its nailed on we will face Sunderland in the semi finals and im dreading it

I would prefer not to play WBA out of all the teams in the run in. They have a clever tactical manager who can thrive in big games where he can stop us with his low block.

Don’t like Sheff U and I won’t enjoy seeing them celebrate promotion but I would rather they win tonight.

We nailed on to get Coventry in the play offs I think. Which could be worse. Terrible kick off time. Millwall would be easier on the Sunday morning, Sunderland won't be allowed to happen.

Im not bothered about Sunderland and I think we kinda owe Mogga one after the Dael Fry kick in the face he didnt see,,,

I don’t fear them as much without Dike but I ageee we are probably more likely to roll over Coventry (or even Sunderland)

I'll be screaming for WBA tonight.. I want them to get in the play offs and not Sunderland.

Want Sunderland to finish as low as possible.

Risk and reward.
I'd rather beat Sunderland in the semi finals at the risk of loosing to them. It will make everything oh so much sweater.
If we got them in the final I will be buzzing. We're as good as promoted ;-0

I wouldn’t put money on 5th down to 12th.
Luton could easily lose at Blackburn and or slip up at home to Hull and we take 3rd still.
It’s incredibly so up in the air.
I think Millwall will win at Blackpool and beat Blackburn at home in their last fixture. I think they make 5th or 6th as a result.
I think Cov beat Brum at home, but lose at our place, at best a draw.
But I can’t see the filth up the road getting past both Watford and Preston. They could lose both quite easily.
West Brom have a tough ask at Sheff U and at Swansea, with Norwich at home in between. They will need at least two wins.

I’m going 3rd Luton after a last day home win.
4th Boro after 2 encouraging wins.
5th Millwall after two narrow wins.
6th Coventry despite defeat at our place, a Mackem meltdown and West Brom not doing quite enough.

Boro to squeeze past Millwall.
Luton to kick Coventry off the pitch.
Boro to run Luton ragged all over the wide open spaces of Wembley.

Surely the Luton farce makes it more likely that Luton will play Sunderland. And of course we want Sheff Utd to beat WBA, if only for peace of mind, I don’t want to think the Luton ref’s cockup would cost Boro automatic promotion.

Deffo want SheffU to win. Don't want Luton to have a chance of promotion from cheating, don't want WBA in play offs as we'd lose a player when our squad has lots of injuries - and although I've disliked the odd comments made to the media I think they're the 2nd most consistent team and therefore deserve it

Only me that would find it funny if Luton edge Sheff Utd out of automatic promotion and then we beat them at Wembley in the playoff final then?

hope I am wrong but they should beat Watford easily who are a terrible team for all the quality players they have, it looks like they have just given up would be fuming if I was a Watford fan

Gut feeling is that Sunderland and West Brom will get into the playoffs. I think West Brom will draw tonight and then win their final two games, and Sunderland will won both of theirs.

one thing for certain, if we do get to the final and play Scumberland, the powers that be will be panicking as it could be a logistical nightmare keeping rival fans apart on the trains and motorway service stops. Policing Wembley could be fun as well.
