How about we give her the citizenship back and then she won’t need to come here for her appeal.
She can then remain detained in Syria and if they charge her she can stand trial there.
Without question she should get her citizenship back. It is against international law to render someone stateless.
It is also a human rights violation to deny someone the right to a fair trial.
Do we really want to let Governments pick and choose which laws they obey and against which citizens?
