How about we give her the citizenship back and then she won’t need to come here for her appeal.

She can then remain detained in Syria and if they charge her she can stand trial there.

Without question she should get her citizenship back. It is against international law to render someone stateless.

It is also a human rights violation to deny someone the right to a fair trial.

Do we really want to let Governments pick and choose which laws they obey and against which citizens?

All laws can be interpreted as to your viewpoint hence the legal system. A thinks he's right B thinks he's right C thinks there both wrong!
Let her come back knowing if found guilty of treason she will be executed.
