55 minutes between flights, will it be ridiculously tight?

I had about that when I came back from Argentina and I had to run and I had to go through security again a well and I was randomly stopped as well

I got their just as bus was leaving but only just
 
It's a massive airport. Last time I flew into there the plane landed and then drove along the ground for a good 10 minutes before even arriving at the terminal.

Me personally, if there is a different choice, i would seriously consider that. Other more experienced flyers might know better than me though.
 
You have to immigrate into the EU in Amsterdam, and there are pretty long queues at the booths.

However if you have less than 30 minutes to your onward flight the security people at the start of the zigzag line will let you into the fast track lane.

It'll be close though.
 
Before Brexit no problem.
Now, touch and go.
I'd say no chance. Since Brexit, it can easily take that time just to clear immigration. I was given that transfer time in June and called the company to get an earlier flight from Newcastle.
