I agree - it's far from certain that a super league will ever happen, but there is a real chance it may and that has become more likely due to the Saudi money.

The fact that so many clubs, including EPL representatives, were onboard with this initial tells you that there is real interest in it.

Hopefully it will never happen.

Don't Kazakhstan play in the Euros?

They do, but up to 15% of Kazakhstan is on the European continent (quite a bit more than Turkey) so it’s not a totally unreasonable situation. The rest of the ‘stans are rightly in the Asian confederation. The Caucasus nations all play in UEFA too but their geographic locations could place them in Asia.
