Sao Paulo F1 Grand Prix Weekend

Excat time advantage is irrelvant. There is a potential for an advantage.
Yes I fully understand and I wasn't attempting to provide any mitigation for the offence.

With potential safety cars and differing strategies that time advantage may be relevant in Sunday's race 👍

I think we might be about to witness one of F1's greatest ever come backs. You'd think Lewis will have the bit between his teeth to go old school racing with no **** given.

Sadly you can’t do that these days. He cruised up to the back of Ricciardo and now he’s stopped. Lewis can cruise up to dani in sector one but he struggled to follow in two. Made it now though

No denying that was Mercedes’ finest “race” of the season. Bottas had Max in his pocket and Lewis proving why he’s the seven time champ. It was only a sprint race I know but Lewis was utterly supreme.

we go again

It was, he was so far back. He is just in a different world is Lewis.

Loved Bono telling him not to touch any cars too.

But preferred Toto's "F*** them all" comment. Mercedes are angry
Concerning that the top two were so far ahead after 20 laps, think they will be long gone after he clears the rest tomorrow

Yes, probably the best Hamilton can do tomorrow is 3rd or 4th but it still keeps it alive a bit longer

Can Bottas stay ahead of Verstappen? Doubt it

Absolutely class drive by both Merc drivers today though, and it should make tomorrow's race a lot of fun

Rules are rules I guess.

You're right though, this was shaping up to be a spectacular season. Now its fizzled out in the stewards room.
Prize money in F1 is paid on the Constructors' Championship not the Drivers' so the in circumstances like this the driver is just unlucky.
