Rotherham are terrible!

I was looking at current form, and noticed that Rotherham have lost the last six in a row. They've only got 19 points!!

Then I realised that nearly a quarter of those are off us :(😔

Ha! They'd have every right to LOL... although their maths would be bad, because it's only 1/7 of our points off Leicester (roughly)!

Edit: Although actually, I guess it's closer to 1/5 of Rotherham's points than 1/4!!

Probably, and they'll be saying similar about losing to QPR.

They'd have even more justification considering they have by far the best squad in the league and have just lost to two badly struggling teams.
 
They're apparently the only team to get less points than us in 2024
If they win every game left they'd only get to 52 - so they're already down bar all but mathematically
Only 2 more teams we need to stay above and we're safe!

We're badly struggling.

Since Christmas, we've picked up fewer points than all but 4 teams, and one of those 4 is Birmingham who have also only picked up 11 points and the game in hand is against.
Even if we assume that game in hand was a Boro win, which is a big if, we'd be up to the heady heights of picking up more points than 5 teams out of 23.

Our current form is better than our form at the start of the season. Sure it's not good but we've had periods like this before and battled out of them.

Yeah, and we were badly struggling at the start of the season too.

Fans aren't going to be happy losing to a side that are struggling, and it's fully understandable.

Part of the reason I was so angry about our horrendous performance against Plymouth is because they'd been terrible away from home all season.
They'd lost almost every single away match whilst barely scoring this season and they battered us. A 2-0 defeat flattered us.

To get out of it last time, we basically dropped all the new players and put the players in that were with us last season. There was a couple of holes to plug. With Howson, Hackney and Coburn now injured and Crooks has left the club. We don't have those options.

He put Engel, Silvera, Greenwood, Lath Rogers and Barlaser all out the team.

The only new players in were O'Brien at LB, Rav at RB and Dieng in goal.

The players we've brought in over the last 2 windows including just aren't cutting it.
 
How we took 1 point of these I'll never know. Especially that away game ! Absolute freak result, we should have had 4 and they scored from a cross that went straight in.
