RIP Robbie Coltrane

Cracker was brilliant, and Robbie was always watchable in whatever he did. RIP to a real legend

Cracker was great and full of breakout performances, especially Robbie & Tutti Frutti was class. He went from strength to strength from there

Love this photo from the Guardian photo gallery. 1982 with Siobhan Redmond, Stephen Fry, Ben Elton, Hugh Laurie, and Emma Thompson shooting Alfresco. The state of Emma.

Cheers Robbie.

Some talent there - and such a range of eclectic talent at that
Comedy, drama, music, wit, intelligence...

Contrast that with the Bullingdon club photo of half @rsed toffs with zero talent and daddy's money

One for film buffs. Could this be Coltrane's first film role:

The 1979 homage to Peter Sellars' 'Balham, Gateway to the South' (short film directed by Mickey Dolenz).

I found a reference to it on the BFI website, but unfortunately, I can't find it on Youtube, and Googling just gives you the Peter Sellars original.

Missing around 4 minutes and very poor quality
