Well if all kicks off, then every copper that's there, denying the patriots the right to wear big frilly hats and bells on socks deserves to have a jammy, creamy scone sliding down the front of their riot shield.

Do you think they are just paid thugs funded by people trying to destabilise the country?

Eco protestors are paid (not great amounts but still paid) by pressure groups, these idiots strike me as being similar hired hands without a real message in a civilised society.

If they're hired hands then whoever is in charge of recruitment for whichever Right Wing Organisation was responsible wants to be fired immediately.

So far I've seen a grown man squeal like a big girl's blouse when a dog takes a bite of his **** and a positionally lacking moron (who thinks next to a riot shield is a good place to stand posturing) being clouted first in the neck then in the kna(kers by stray projectiles thrown by his divvy mates.

The Chuckle Brothers would have made a better fist of this unsavoury line of "work."

Thanks for expressing your opinion. It may not be the popular one but that's exactly what threads like this are about.

Most folk are angry at the moment about the current status quo, irrespective of their views.

Why question someone else's grammar, or use derogatory terms towards that person who has a different view to you?

Keep posting your views Omega even if they're not shared by everyone else.

I believe this is what we are seeing here, a forgotten underclass with little to no social mobility or prospects angry at the world and been told its all the brown people's fault.

Yes there will have been some "believers" of far-right ideology there, but a significant number were there because they are angry and given an excuse to vent that anger.

Just my opinion for what its worth.

A classic recruiting tactic of the far right, find groups of impoverished white people, campaign ‘on their behalf ‘ to say it’s the ‘other’ who are to blame

Tell the poor white groups they are better than the ‘other’ as they have white skin and this country is theirs. Make them fearful that ‘other’ want to take over their country. Call a mass assembly, attack.

There were reports of parents handing their kids bricks to throw at the Police. I wonder if any of the responsible adults going to the "peaceful" protest on Sunday bring their little ones. After all, it's definitely going to be a peaceful protest, so I've been informed

Yeah most of us are angry about the current status quo, but the status quo isn't those fleeing war torn countries or those coming here trying to provide a better life for their family.

The status quo are the privately educated, upper class people running the country and the media. People like Murdoch, Farage and Boris have managed to persuade working class people that they represent us when it's the opposite.
