I was going to add that - many thought we had made a mistake buying him. How wrong they have been proved.

He wasn't played in his best position. He was in and out of the team because of this. Another player who did not suit the 3-5-2 system particularly well. And another who was suffering due to Wilders....... management.

Fast forward 4 months, some great performances, goals and a good WC.....he's flying.

And.......he can get better. You can see his improvement, he's not the finished player by any means
