I agree, my point is he’s not the innocent party he makes out. His actions put him out with a long term injury. You can’t blame the club for taking some kind of action when he’s on £1.25m a year!
 
I’m mystified by the paramedics letting him walk home . It’s incomprehensible you’d let someone with clear wounds and especially who had been unconscious. Simply should not happen . Added to the points Mr Derby added there’s certainly ‘gaps’ or untruths in the story .

He actually comes across as a decent fella, also he said he believed the driver was sober, his teammates don't come out of this very well, how could they leave him, and the two unamed players who were they ?
From what I understand he’s being abit economical with that, they were all drinking and everyone knew they were all drinking. The rest of it though is shocking.
 
There were videos on social media at the time from inside the pub that showed the state they were in and the state they left the pub and toilets in. Their behaviour towards staff was pretty disgusting.
