Returning faulty equipment to BT

Anyone had any issues. I returned 2 TV boxes over 8 weeks ago. They were tracked by the Post Office. BT saying they have not received them and are going to charge £115 per box

Did you keep your collection note off the post office. If so tell BT you’ve proof you handed them over.
