Where would they find the time? They are already stretched to the point where some crimes are just issued with a number as there are no resources to investigate further.

A bit sideways I know, but I had a dream the other night that I woke, came downstairs and looked out at te drive and my CRV was gone. Went to make a cup of tea and called the police. They said someone will be with you in an hour - he turned up in my car - registration same but the car now had a blue light on top. What does it all mean :)
 
My mates neighbour reported him for not following quarantine rules when he returned from Portugal last month and the police came round within 24 hours. It was all pathetic and my mate explained that the neighbour has a vendetta against him as he objected to a planning application that was approved. Around the same time a friend had a caravan stolen from his premesis, called the police and they still haven't been round. So in short from my experience they will find time to follow up complaints.
 
So they will be straight round when neighbour breaks rule of six. Will they be round as quick when some mystery person puts your windows through in the middle of the night.

Yer joking aren't you? They'll love this. Get a report of a crime, go round & either it is an incorrect report or the people are bang to rights. 100% clear up. That'll get there KPIs looking good when it comes to the year end.
 
Don’t report the wrong groups of 6 though

How many can the Bullingdon boys have in their group? And can they continue to smash up restaurants and throw Daddy's money around in recompense?!
 
If any dumb fukker on here ever votes Tory again, just before they do they would do well to remember that in the face of paroxysms over breaking International Law and worrying over a possible second COVID wave, the Tory Party took time to ensure that it was OK to shoot grouse and game birds.

If that one simple fact doesn't tell you where their REAL concerns are (themselves, their donors/sponsors and their chums) I don't know what will.

Still, you could have had Corbyn and Abbott, remember?

Corbyn and Abbott would have been an absolute clusterfcuk as well... Possibly even worse. There is no winners in all of this.
 
I reported a mass brawl of around 20 lads on my road on the first night of the pubs opening, they'd been there nearly two hours and were inside the church garden opposite where I live. Nobody turned up, woman on the other line said as you can expect we're really busy.

You really think police are going to turn up to someones house because one too many have popped over to their mams for tea tonight?

It’s a difficult one my neighbours opposite have flouted every rule direction / given so far. In fact they seem to revel in defying it (yet still were the first out to applaud the nhs every week) they are quite stuck up and I would expect if I raised it with them face to face it wouldn’t go well and would probably end up in us falling. However whilst they and others continue like this the rest of us suffer.
so optional are:

1. do nothing
2. speak to them
3. Grass them up

I’m likely to go with one yet if they have one more party/bbq that might push me to three which as you say doesn’t sit well but what else can you do.

Haha 😂 nice assumptions... I don't follow any of the parties. All self serving and significantly more wealthy than the man on the street regardless of whether they are red, blue or yellow or whatever.

What I do know is that Corbyn and Abbott were a monumental laughing stock.
