Refs to announce decisions to the crowd in game

This is a proposal regards var improvements about explaining more so just on this point how do you think this will go down.

But at least there’s clarity as at times like Sunday you have no idea what’s going on.

That drop ball for instance.

It's definitely an improvement. Mainly because it means they have to justify it there and then so it reduces the possibility of corruption. Full release of the audio of the discussion between matches should also be available for analysis afterwards but doesn't need to be available during the game.

Good move and as posted above makes it more difficult to be corrupt, we need more integrity in the game, the refs should have nothing to hide or worry about if the decisions are sensible, thought out and honest.

Long overdue. We've all been at games and a goal is ruled out with no obvious reason and we find out about it when we get home. Much better ref states, "Number 10 red offside in the build up to the goal, goal disallowed indirect free kick blue"

think it’s long over due

Can't wait until they introduce "special teams" for free kicks, power ups for designated players and added time multi ball anyone 😁

EPL North
EPL South
EPL West
EPL East

Wembley Bowl Final to crown the EPL SoccerBall World Series of Football World Champions

Is Ted Lasso still retired or could we tempt him back with open jars of peanut butter scattered about the place ?

Arsenal already have a special teams coach sorry set piece designer

I thunk they should be on mic and communicate all reasoning behind decisions like in rugby and replays should be on the big screen. If your made to explain decision think your more focused

Personally all the afcon refs should be signed by the FA they have all performed well during the tournament
I thought the refs in the World Cup were good as well.

The Premier League is a multinational league that people bang on about as the best in the world but it only has the 'best' officials in England, why not recruit from all over?

I think it’s completely unnecessary.
Most of the time the problem isn’t that people are sat watching thinking ‘gosh, I’ve no idea what he’s given that free kick for’
They generally know the reason is because he believes he’s seen a foul/handball/elbow/offside etc
The problem is whether he’s right, and saying ‘player 9 fouled player 6’ doesn’t change that.
It’s a load of unnecessary b***ks and another fix of something that isn’t broken.
