Obviously they have modelled themselves on the Italian Ultras (minus the thuggery).

I think they're more akin to a German crowd. They pay less attention to the opposition fans and stick to their own agenda. Me and my son were at Mainz once when they scored in mid song. The crowd finished the song and then celebrated.

Getting a lot of praise on the Sunderland board and how they wish that they had that sort of passion.

The club need to open the full south stand for league games, that's where the atmosphere comes from and more would go there if they could .

I've said it before and say it again. Red Faction are the best thing to happen to the Riverside. Truly well done to all the people involved.

My 13 year old daughter is desperate to go in the South Stand as she loves the atmosphere they create.. fill the stand with teenagers and younger adults and they’ll have it absolutely rocking every game.

This lot are the future of our support base so let’s keep encouraging them to make as much noise as they want!
