Me too, i don't know where they seem to find this money and with Mbappe or Haaland probably joining their ranks in the summer thats another 150-200 million they need to find.

A mate went a few years ago and said it was terrible. The seats had a restricted view & bench type seating, and they'd been warned by others that the toilets were poor & food wasn't up to much in the ground so to plan not to use the facilities.
You imagine that after the refurb they'll all be decent seats with improved hospitality areas. Plus with a roof it can be used 365 days a year for all sorts of events & not just 20 odd times for football.
