Real Madrid …..

I think that 👆🏻😂

It's not really much of a bite, is it?

I've already laughed at myself over it.

Turns out they'd changed the policy this year, the winner was always informed in previous years, which is probably what led to the leaks, this time they deliberately kept it a secret.
I'd missed that update, it happens.

I’m just tickling your balls mate don’t worry

It would be class if it happened and all the footy fans in the world just turned their backs!
I could also see that happening. Well, maybe more than the people pushing for this would expect.

There will always be a desire for people to have the authentic match day experience with the real fans, on the “terraces” and supporting their local clubs. Maybe the creation of the Super League could drive more people back to their local teams again and the Super League just becomes something to watch on TV as the stadiums would be full of corporate hospitality, sponsor tickets and celebrities?

Maybe I just have wishful thinking.

I’d like to think so.. but then.. Americans would have it as the most best world soccer sport bowl in the universe.

I tho knit would go the way of the Chinese and Saudi leagues.. extremely big pay days for players looking to wind down their careers.

Plus without ‘the pyramid’ the league would just stagnate imo.

I agree. I think in the long run it would be a huge disaster. For the first couple of years it would be a novelty and the global markets would buy into it, but after a few years I think that novelty would really wear off. Especially if 90% of people are priced out of going to games, and you have to travel to other cities or countries just to watch one.

They freshen up the US franchise leagues by moving the teams to other parts of the country every few years. Manchester Utd could one day be the Riyadh Red Devils in the new super league format.

It does seem like that’s what the billionaire owners want to do with these clubs.

The Oakland Raiders became the LA Raiders.. now the Las Vegas Raiders?!?!

It’s properly shyte.

Given Real Madrid, Perez, Ancelotti, the players and Vinicius Junior himself have shat all over one of the proudest moments in Rodri's career, I can't blame him.

All coverage was around them spitting their dummies out like petulant children, not Rodri rightly winning the most prestigious individual award a football player can get.
In his speech he was so humble, and then acts like that behind closed doors, or what he thought was closed doors

Well yeah, because he was being the bigger man.

Obviously he'd have been incredibly ***ed off about how they'd all reacted and how his moment was spoiled.
