Afraid they are mateAre the final 2 episodes of Season 2 on weekly release?
Please don’t say so!!
I have watched it but it ain't great very corny but it is an easy watch and you don't have to think about it too much which is grand sometimes
This has amused me loads and it should do but it hasThe word 'round' always pops into my head when I see this advertised.
Watching the series you realise how ridiculous some of Reacher's habits/opinions are. The best example is the clothes. In the books you don't really think about the clothes other than when he's there buying them but in the series it's fairly noticeable. He has to wear the same clothes in every scene no matter what the situation. Someone always buying new clothes and never changing is just a daft concept and he probably stinks given the amount of running around and fighting he does. He also doesn't use a phone or have a debit/credit card which makes paying for things really inconvenient, especially as the books were set when you could probably get away with it but it seems very strange in the updated setting. The books are a strange phenomenon. As per previous comments, Reacher is a ridiculous character, a parody of a brooding action hero. Always the smartest, the best fighter and despite apparently being a bit of miserable sod, with minimal charisma, every single woman he meets can't wait to jump into bed with him.
Yet I've read several and there's no denying they're page turners. Just have to disengage brain a bit. Seen a couple of episodes of the series and got the impression it was pretty much the same.
