I think you find that as each generation goes by people are becoming more accepting than the last previous generation

Why wouldn’t you strive for improvement? Should highlight them all for me, show their stupidity/ignorance for what it is

Oh. Might as well give in with the pedophiles and murderers and also stop worrying about immigrants drowning and people starving to death around the world too. I mean, we're never going to stop every single case so we might as well just pretend it doesn't happen.

No one appears to have mentioned "seeking perfection".

I’ve been around the block and this country of ours is light years ahead of many others. All I’m saying is it’s becoming too much of a focus as if there has been no improvement. There has.

I think this is what's wrong with discourse in this country today. Its so partizan and polarised that someone thinks that being concerned about racism is a "hard left" trait. I'm sorry, but it simply can't be. You can't have only the hard left who care about equality. It's like the use of the word woke as a pejorative isn't it? In a civilised society anyone would be proud of being woke given its meaning yet somehow its become this bizarre dig whistle insult

i don’t think racism is a hard left trait and certainly didn’t state it. I think a lot of replies to comments on this board are hard left, and supported by many here. Quite a lot of all pile on attitude displayed often as well. I’ve read this board for years and rarely comment on such posts as it’s obvious you have to think like a sheep.
I’ll stick to reading Newys fascinating insight to team selection and transfers in the future.
