Quiz question

A question I've set in this weeks quiz in my local. In order, for which 6 players have the Boro paid the largest transfer fee? I'm off down the chippy shortly, so I'll give the answers out later.
 
No idea of order, or if im even right but i'll throw 6 out there highest to lowest.

Alves
Assombalonga
Yakubu
Rhodes
Maccarone
Southgate
 
Ehiogu was up there as well. One thing that is difficult about this question is a lot of things are done in local currencies so we paid in Euros for players like Maccarone, Braithwaite and De Roon so it depends on exchange rates at the time. Also, who knows how these payments were actually structured. We might not have paid he full amounts for all of these players if it included certain clauses that were never met.

My guess (with values in £) is:
Britt - £15m
Alves - £12.5m
De roon - £12m
Rhodes - £9m
Braithwaite £9m
Maccarone - £8.2m
Ehiogu - £8m

I have included 7 because Rhodes, Braithwaite and Ugo, Massimo are probably interchangeable due to the currency.

It does indeed, but as I frequently have to remind people in my quiz, the quizmaster is always right, even when he's not. The answers I have are;

Assombalonga, Alves, De Roon, Braithwaite, Rhodes, Maccarone.

I'll try and ask another for next Friday. Can't promise it will be Boro related, but it will be a sports question.
