They didn't necessarily, they just had a well functioning balanced side and maybe subs who were like for like?
For me barring maybe a debate over Conway/Lath and probably the centre of defence then we have a pretty clear first choice side, certainly across the centre of midfield and attacking midfield positions which are the ones you'd look to refresh.

I'm sorry that you may have received a sarcastic childish message from someone known as " TeaCider " mentioning my name which had nothing to do with football. I apologise on their behalf for bothering you. There is a certain group on FMTTM who thrive on shouting down anyone who is not part of their clique and does not conform unaquivically to their ultra far left wing liberal views. I hope you were not offended that part of their message contained by implication a veiled subtle sentence to imply I'm a Racist Bigot. You obviously do not know who I am or anything about me, nor will you be as interested and obsessed in me as much as they are. It obviously felt important to them to unburden their thoughts and judgements about me to you, which delighted me as its always nice to be in someones thoughts even when they are less than complimentary. I hope you can ignore their snidy satirical digs and forgive them for wasting your time.

There was a bit of an awkward silence after the question by the first reporter.
I read it as Carrick was saying we don't change our system or players when things are not working well, because we know best. We fits in with what ex Footy Legs was saying and comes from Man United philosophy. It can be right to you stick to your guns, if your guns are the right ones for the situation you are in. Of course I could be reading his quite curt reply wrongly.
I think I would have been a bit more diplomatic with my answer, sort of we tweak things if that is required and we are not rigid with our thinking etc.
I do think its important especially when you are relatively young manager to learn from any mistakes, no matter how much you have taken in your life.

" SOLE" reason " ? Very clever loaded twist to a question that is, but to be expected. I gave several reasons why cinema is failing and they are the same reasons held by countless Movie Critics within the media industry within Newspapers, Youtube etc. who have millions of views . Headings such as " Woke is Killing Hollywood " and very similar titles have been prevalent for at least the last 10 years and millions have viewed these. Youll struggle to find much with your obvious take on the subject " There is no such thing as Woke in Hollywood ".
I said Cost, Boring Repetative Films and a " Political " or Woke agenda or whatever you want to call it shoehorned into lots of films over the last 10 years or so have all resulted in less visits to cinema and not just Cineworld in Middlesbrough ... Fact ! Millions of others agree with ALL those reasons ! " SOLE " reason , your words NOT mine.
I suggest you reel your neck in before making subtle veiled statements aligned with labelling somebody a Racist Bigot.
And to anybody who thinks I'm wrong and want to ridicule me then carry on . As ive continually stated ive " Observed " the conduct and behaviour on here for at least 15 years. I know a hell of alot about certain long term posters and their online mannerisms on here. I know there is a Clique. There are certain people on here who would thrive taking part in something similar to the " Standford Experiment ". They would grab the hats and badges and proceed to inflict their rules, ideology and punishments on the rest who they peceive to be different or non-conformist.

I knew what to expect and havent been disappointed. Within a few months ive been directly asked are you a " Misognist " then are you a "Bigot " then a veiled implication of being a "Racist Bigot". Some of the intent in my posts has been totally twisted by the Clique , again to be expected . Thats how their ( your ) minds work, they ( you ) cant help themselves. I'm glad I intrique you " Tea Cider " .
Ive seen many posters come and go because they crumbled under the actions of the hat and badge wearers on here . Sorry to disappoint but I aint going anywhere. I'll decide what I post and when I post.
Nothing will include a political opinion, nor will it be anything which is not factual. If I post an opinion on any emotive subject it will not be my sole opinion but a carefully considered post with reasoning held by many others. If you dont like what I post and dish out the snidy " what the hell " " ha ha " " wow " responses in an effort to ridicule me and uphold your superior belief, great. Depending on my frame of mind I will reply or ignore you.
Mr. Nichols as always decides what label he wants to place on me and banish me if he thinks ive broken his rules or i'm going to upset the Clique too much which i'll understand. Everybody else youre not that important, you just think you are.
ps. And before I get the " Wow - What A Rant " comments or similar as expected, I was bored. I couldnt find anything to watch on TV because too much had a " Woke " agenda so because I was bored I wrote all this for you .
I'm off now to take the dog for a walk then watch " back to back " videos of the "Critical Drinker" , i'll miss you all.
