I bought 2 adult day returns for £93 with a 2 together railcard (£30 for a year)
UTB

Tend to be announced on the late side for the first away game.
Hope they're not released whilst I'm travelling.
Trains booked as soon as sky games released for that weekend.

That was because early last season the host clubs were not releasing them early. Lots of staff had covid. I was going to say that won't be an excuse this season but perhaps it will.

I wouldn't hold your breath, they still haven't put the WBA tickets on-sale even though it's now less than 2 weeks away.

Honestly this club is a shambles, from the kit releases to the tickets the organisation is so poor.

It is up to QPR when details are released.

Tickets for QPR's trip to Blackburn on July 30th when on sale on Friday - £25 for adults.

Boro say that sale dates for away tickets are not up to them. Contrast that to WBA who have already published a timetable showing the sale date for every single away game all season:

That really is good from WBA and I would hope Boro could do the same thing.
On a negative note - nowhere do they give their fans 5 weeks notice of games. I really think the EFL should be pushing clubs to impose this. The excuse last season was staff being decimated by covid, which was obviously valid. I suppose there are likely to be a lot of absences at the moment too. The numbers officially and more so unofficially with covid now seem really high.

Fair dos to West Brom but,

a) will they stick to that, and
b) it looks like they don't have a points system to deal with. You lot asked for one, remember.

Anyone with a bit of time on there hands could replicate that west brom schedule, for any team, not only boro, by using the actual fixture dates, and working out the 'on sale' dates.

After all, the schedule is subject to change as season goes on, and sky have there say

They do have different categories capy - I wonder if a points system makes the process any more drawn out.

WBA fans are not going to have a lot of notice for our game. Tickets have to be sent out in the post etc. People are on holiday this time of the year.

It looks like they will have ten 10 days.

Not sure what the delay is - kick off time has been known for nearly 2 weeks.
