I am actually quite keen to try squirrel. I think It was Hugh FW who made satay squirrel, wanted to try it ever since! Along with wild venison, I'm not sure you could find a more ethically sourced meat.

On a more serious note, they are a problem and it needs addressing, if we're going to continue some of the great work that's been done to preserve red squirrels over the past few years.
