As I suspected. Not visible, easily changed and probably unenforceable.
but the current policy as I stated.
As I suspected. Not visible, easily changed and probably unenforceable.
But you can’t provide a link to confirm it.
that proves nothing. I could give you a link but it wouldn’t work unless you on a government computer
At the moment yes I know what the policy is. If that changes then will see then. I can’t link guidance direct from government computers unless you have access. It sounds like you basically don’t believe it unless you can see it
I agree with that and my point is there is nothing at this moment in time in public domain or within government instructions that I can access that says that either. Until there is the 90 minute policy stands as such. There is reference to it in parliament sites if you want to go through the whole of it.
If that policy was ever introduced I would be fully against it
Do many people walk 90 minutes to work?
Bit different to 48 weeks a year and 5 days a week. And then 90 minutes home.
It does exist a work coach can not as it stands ask someone to travel over 90 mins. It’s not in the public domain and yes can be changed but at the moment they can’t. If I was a work coach I could as it stood ask them to go further than 90 mins given the guidance
I agree that if that changed it would be pathetic I don’t disagree with that.
Citizens advice certainly think the rule exists.
