The Sun didn't need to report it so I don't see how you can blame William for anything.
As for what he does, don't let his privilege get in the way of any consideration as to what royal patronage might do for any number of charities etc.
I'm no royalist, but I'm not going to lose any sleep over something like this.

Whatever your views on the Royal family, surely someone's personal health is a private matter if they want it to be. Unless they tore up the Hippocratic Oath this year too?
