The Duke of York will face a civil trial in America over sexual abuse claims after a US judge dismissed his attempt to have the lawsuit thrown out.

Prince Andrew is being sued by Virginia Roberts Giuffre for rape after he allegedly sexually abused her when she was 17.

Andrew denies all allegations against him.

Allegedly he was at a party with Boris, which wasn’t a party ,at least he thinks they were there but he’s not sure.

If that happens the monarchy will be massively damaged. It is a very difficult one for him and so far he had made every mistake possible, he has shown very poor judgment.

I really hope this does go to trial so that the world can judge things properly.
 
Just watched the Epstein series on Netflix.
He gets mentioned a lot, our Andrew.
Seems to be a whole lot of evidence against him.
Not looking good for him.
Trying to get the case booted out on the back of someone elses dodgy deal who's already dead.
You couldn't make that up.
He'll have to do a deal and hope for best.
 
Maybe when he's in America (IF he ever goes)... he could meet up with Harry for a coffee

What a state the RF has become.....

I don't think he'll get a fair trial to be honest, Netflix have already found him guilty.
 
I think the lady in question would make more money by not settling out of court but going all the way.

It is a civil trial don't forget not a criminal one so it is all about how he will right Virginia Guiffre should he lose.

I tend to think that it won't actually get to trial and they will settle OOC somehow. Andrew will then spend the rest of his days in virtual exile and disgrace which is how he is living his life right now.

I am a Republican although I do admire the Queen for her selfless dedication to duty and work ethic at such an old age. What irks me more than anything is that she is paying for his legal defence. For any crime this would be bad. We the honest hardworking tax payers are paying for his defence, but for an allegation of paedophilia the thought of this makes me feel physically sick.
