He has said that they all discuss players together. Carrick will work closely with Kieran Scott and identify the type of players they want. I don't know whether he saw either player in actual action himself but it was interesting to hear Carrick say today that first and foremost they were good people. I really wish reporters would get to the point and ask about tactics, shape, players instead of wasting 18 minutes asking the same questions, how many asked the same thing about chuba, once is enough and move on he has left the club, as for the questions at the end, Rob sounds very uncomfortable and I would suggest having a series of fan based questions written down maybe 3 tops to read from to make the communcation sound more precise and concise, as you are representing the fans if I am not mistaken but most of the interview questions each week are repeatitive and pointless from all sources in the room IMO, needs to be better.
