How busy is the recruitment going to be in the next two weeks before the window closes? Is the squad "just about there" or needing players brought in

Ins, outs and loans ....and the potential for out of contract signings?
 
Last season you said that it's easy for players to play well with a smile on their face when results are good. We've had a bit of a run of poor results going back to last season so what are you looking for in your players now to turn things around?
 
Obviously by the time it gets to me most of the questions raised here have already been asked. I try not to repeat anything but good to have these good angles you are raising..
 
25yo American right back Reggie Cannon, 25yo Italian centre back Filippo Sgarbi and 23yo Dutch midfielder Kees de Boer are all free agents that have all been mentioned on our most prestigious football message board.. are you able to confirm or deny that there has been an official interest in these players from Middlesbrough Football Club?
 
I think some of the questions here are better phrased that what the journalists ask. So maybe show them to them and say this is what the fans want to know. All very good suggestions.
 
In a diplomatic way can you ask about the right back issue, when either Smith or Dijksteel will be back and how we deal with being really weak there at the moment.

Also, I'm intrigued why he think Crooks and Rogers are the best 10+9 combo of the players he had available.
