Crazy this. Esp with some of the games being called off recently. A fresh Sheff Utd team against youth players and players who only returned on the morning and Wilder has never worked with before. This is going to go well.
 
How does the loan recall work?
Aren't we contractually obliged to give up players for the season if this was the agreement?

Who can we bring back?
Coulson - at Ipswich, injured I think?

Surely the recalled players have to be registered today to play tomorrow and cannot be registered until they can be recalled - which is formally tomorrow.

42.2 Subject to Regulation 42.4, the Summer Transfer Window shall conclude as determined by the Board in accordance with Regulation 42.4 in each Season. The Board shall determine the time the Summer Window closes after consultation with the Premier League and Football Association.

42.3 The Winter Transfer Window in any Season shall:

42.3.1 commence at midnight on 31 December; and

43.8.1 the appropriate forms for his registration or the transfer of his registration (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Temporary Loan Transfers) are submitted (in such manner as the League shall specify from time to time) to and received by The League by 12.00 noon on the day prior to the date of such match; and confirmed by the League to be in order; and

Twitter is reporting that Wilder said Spence, Wing and Walker will be in the squad for tomorrow. Don't know how true that is.

They would have to be registered as a boro player by noon today... the rules state we can only recall within the window which does not open until midnight tonight?

Not a clue, maybe Rob will clarify when he reports on the press conference. I wonder if the EFL are allowing us to register these players before they return/up till 12pm tomorrow for the game to go ahead.

Have the EPL asked the likes of Chelsea, Spurs, Leicester and Liverpool to recall players from loan spells to avoid games being postponed or is the law different for the rich?
 
Can feel my blood pressure rising already.

Fletcher/Assombolonga/Spence were the players I found most frustrating to watch before this season.

For god's sake don't loan FLETCHER o_O

Ahh the Michael Masi Rule - play by the rules - unless I change my mind

Next thing we'll be penalised for playing inelligable players! - Get the paperwork right Boro - don't let them con artists at the FA/EFL have any avenue to penalise us further
