Post your favourite ABBA song

Apologies for offending anyone with this thread.

Thought it would be a bit of fun in the international break but it seems not.

Take care boys and girls.
Don't think you've offended anyone aet, obviously a subject like favourite ABBA song will always raise the blood. So I'm going to take it from 'hold me back lads' to full on car park straightener with this little beauty. Which is the song ABBA should have recorded.

The Day Before You Came.

Going to court controversy and will don tin helmet...personally i think Blancmanges version does it for me.

I agree.

However its nowhere near as good as living on the ceiling

I think more people should remember if you cant anything nice don’t say anything at all.

Just my opinion

Fantastic group, real genius imho, pop music as good as it gets. As a younger man I thought at the time it was menopause music, but growing up I realised how bloody good they were. Very technically produced with a great sound that brings out peoples emotions. Incredible for a foreign group singing and writing in their 2nd language takes a bit of comprehending

My favourite Chiquitita. Its arrangement and production is brilliant, the voices are very much assisted, but who cares its a record. it really lifts my heart listening to this. Fantastic group with list of songs that even the heaviest rock fruit cakes have admitted they love them.

This could be my most favourite thread ever, ABBA, are my go to band, for sheer class, every song is superb, all their songs have special meaning or poignancy within my life at certain points. I can’t differentiate favourites because they all genuinely have meaning and make me think of certain times in my life, even ‘When I kissed the teacher’ (not in that way), where Agnetha was stunning and superb on vocals.

Because it hasn’t been posted yet I’ll offer a deeply personal one
