Players you were wrong about..

We're always saying - usually after they've had a blinder - "whoever" is an excellent player & we should look to buy him..

Who have you said is poke, & turned out to be a player?

Ramsdale for me at Sheff Utd he looked a liability, he's looking a proper keeper now.. £30m well spent not wasted..

Foden.

Not that I thought he was bad, but I thought he was getting overhyped because of who he plays for.

He's superb though.

Not many I always give anyone playing for the Boro the benefit of the doubt, I get really ***ed off to hear people jump on people after 5 or 6 games. That’s not to say I agree with others. As an example, I think McNair has a lot fooled at the moment, someone on here said if Tav goes it’ll create a space in midfield for him, I thought- Christ on a bike.

I've seen many over the years. Infact since my first match in 85 (that's a lot of players).

Yet I hold my hands up very recently with Watmore. Amusing as he was a low risk free. I just thought he was a none scoring and injury prone former Sunderland winger.

I knew nothing of his desire or workrate. I'm not even sure he was that 'type' at Sunderland. Warnock stuck him down the middle and on workrate alone he's been a 'gem'

Openly say I was massively wrong👍

I'm clearly very wrong about Spence too.

But I've still not been impressed by him whenever I've watched Forest this season, with the exception of the Arsenal game.
Looks no different to how he was here, fast but little end product.

Obviously just a blind spot for me because clubs aren't going to be offering £20m for nothing, or he's saved all his good performances for when I'm not looking.
