• Saturday 13 May (5.30pm) 6th v 3rd (first leg)
• Sunday 14 May (12 noon) 5th v 4th (first leg)
• Tuesday 16 May (8pm) 3rd v 6th (second leg)
• Wednesday 17 May (8pm) 4th v 5th (second leg)

Sky Bet Championship play-off final (Wembley Stadium):

• Saturday 27 May (4.45pm)
