It just feel intentionally inflammatory and even though I hate the term it pure virtue signaling isn’t it.
Should a govt minister be taking sides in such an emotive topic such as this.
All wars are about resources.Never ceases to amaze me how many people can’t resist taking sides on this, even though it’s widely documented that Hamas and the Israeli state are committing daily atrocities against each other, largely in the name of religion.
What words does she have for the men, women and children held for years without charge in brutal Israeli jails? If the answer is none, then I suspect that she is taking sides.Campaigning for hostages to be returned isn’t taking sides. Neither is campaigning for Israel to stop bombing hospitals.
It takes 9.5 hours for 19 mothers to die in Gaza. And that happens every 9.5 hours. Two every hour. Not bringing those 'girls' back are we Penny? What is the purpose of this

When you look at what the US has been up to, more or less without a break since the 1890s it's hard to feel positive when they put feet on the ground.Be positive for once Stu. Being cynical all of the time must really take it out of you.
They're not putting feet on the ground. When you look at what the US has been up to, more or less without a break since the 1890s it's hard to feel positive when they put feet on the ground.
So how are US forces going to build this dock in Gaza? They're not putting feet on the ground.
Read the article. So how are US forces going to build this dock in Gaza?
I have, but I see no reason to start believing everything the US says.Read the article.
Look I've simply linked an article where the US has said they're going to construct an offshore pier without putting boots on the ground. I'm not arguing with you. We can come back to the topic if and when anything develops but prima facie it appears to be positive news yes?I have, but I see no reason to start believing everything the US says.
For the last 130 years they've been invading other countries, overthrowing governments and provoking civil wars, all so that they can have a military presence, control the infrastructure and claim the resources.
Just about everything they do is for their own benefit.
30,000 dead, 7000 missing under the rubble, 70,000 injured. Why don't Hamas just give the hostages back?
Indeed, at leadership level, but the people killing children are doing so because they've been brainwashed into treating folks with particular religious beliefs as inhuman (on both sides). All wars are about resources.
Her twin brother James?Google her brother
Does she have to give a full list of things she does and doesn’t support every time or can she highlight one specific issue without someone saying what about X, Y or Z?What words does she have for the men, women and children held for years without charge in brutal Israeli jails? If the answer is none, then I suspect that she is taking sides.
I think it’s the other one. I’m not sure how it’s relevant either way though. Her twin brother James?
Interestingly, he's the one who's been quoted as saying this government is, "the most anti-LGBT government I’ve seen in my lifetime.”
He also said that, “If you are a member of the Conservative Party, a Conservative MP, part of this homophobic transphobic Government, you are complicit.”
Interesting statements, considering his sister is a leading light in the Tory party.
Native population? The apartheid state of Israel, created with help from the west less than a century ago committing atrocities against the displaced native population.
I wonder if Hollywood will create films perpetually representing the oppressors as the good guys when this particular history hits the cinemas.
