I guess we'll have to go cap in hand to China then...again.
Had they had any intention or any hope of delivering what was promised I'd agree it should have been respected. Or had they had the integrity to say actually we do intend to leave the Single Market and all the other programmes and spelt out what that meant, I'd agree with you too.
But respecting a massive dishonest con is not upholding democracy, it is the very opposite. It's too late now to do much about it, but it is high time you admitted to yourself you are the victim of a con.

Not getting into the whole Brexit debate again but as you know, I wasn’t “conned” I didn’t care who “won” if it had been remain I would have woke up next day and got on with my life (I actually went to Prague). I voted leave as a protest vote against the government.
Its emotive and I know you feel passionately about it. I felt that if the vote wasn’t upheld trust in politics in this country would have been lost for a generation, if not more. Most of the public don’t trust politicians as it is. To renegade on a vote by the people would have convinced most that their thought were correct.
I know you see it from the other side but need to take into account how it would have to looked to all those (the majority) who voted leave. Hence why so many switched to Tory at the last election, like myself.
Accepting it’s happening and accepting people who voted leave is the only way labour will get near an election victory too. It’s high tide this is remembered

Yesssss - wondered how long it would be before the pound slumps quote would come. Got to love itA handful of Tory ministers are destroying the standing of Britain around the world, killing democracy but getting brexit done which is the fkn madness....lot of worried people trading with Europe now,and the £ has slumped.....
Imagine the fallout if the UK were to interfere in the good old USAs affairs

Might be worth you looking hat the original post was aboutThe USA, as a sovereign nation, can decide who it signs trade deals with.
I thought that sovereignty was the most important thing to you Brexiteers? Might be worth looking it up.
Might be worth explaining your position in more than one sentence, why not clarify what you are trying to say.Might be worth you looking hat the original post was about

I can guess who this is. He's ignoring me and I'm ignoring him.Voting to impose, self inflicted, economically damaging trade barriers on your own country seems like a strange way of protesting against the government.

Protest vote against Cameron and Osborne. What an idiot!
When all else fails eh ?I did - and came to the only possible conclusion.
