Payero is back, back back!

I imagine the Argentinian League is similar to the Scottish Premiership. The Boca wage bill is about £12m a year and averge player there will be on about £6k to £7k a week. Boca are the biggest payers in that league. Payero will probably be around £12k here, so there is a difference in wages. None of the cureent National team players play in Argentina. They can probably get £50k plus a week in Europe.
 
They might be trying it on but I thought our club had recent form in this space when we let Ikpeazu go to Konyaspor for no fee with 2 years still to go on his contract. The deal proposed was 20% of his sell on fee when it came around. Not sure it went down like that eventually but Boca might have seen that and thought it did.

I don't think you are far away with your numbers. River plate may pay a little more than boca, they are probably a slightly bigger team than boca, they probably can't afford what he is on at boro. He is nowhere near a regular starter at boca so I think river plate is a non starter. We need to hope someone not in Argentina wants him, but I think payero's preference is to go back home.
 
Reviews seem to be he was ‘ok’.
