That one sounds like it’s probably legitJust had an email from a Nigerian prince promising me untold riches if I send them a few grand to sort out a few unforeseen expenses and a bit of red tape.
Anyone know what to make of it?
I am a courier for evri we don’t do thatI got an email from "Evri" saying they had tried to deliver a parcel, but I wasn't in [which I was] and would charge me £5 "redelivery charge".
Received same email next day.
Lots of links in dodgy looking email.
Binned it.
I didn't say you did.I am a courier for evri we don’t do that
Exactly what DHL do. Normally get 3 attempts then it's up to you to collect from the depot.Of course it’s a scam, if they cant deliver a parcel, they scan the parcel and a delivery note, which they will then post through your door.
I was only making op aware we don’t do that okI didn't say you did.
I'm replying to the post about scams.
Somebody was using Evri as a header for a scam email, so hopefully that's useful for anyone else whom someone is trying to con
