Packet of Tabs!

I quit smoking, then quit quiting. It has left me in a moral dilemma, I can't decide whether that means I'm "not a quiter" or a "quiter"

I try not to think about the cost. I still get through two packs a day. They'll either kill me or bankrupt me. I'm pretty much resigned to that.
Get a decent vape, with the right strong fluid and you'll be off them in no time, then just gradually work the fluid down to zero over like 3-6 months.

If quitting any other way is 99/100 difficulty, the vape way is about 10/100.

Has to be a good vape though, not one of the cheap crap pen ones, they're not powerful enough to get the nicotine in fast enough.

Have to learn to take it back a slightly different way, but with a week of persistence, you'll get there. Every single person I know who smoked, has quit with vapes, probably over 50 people.

I gave up the day we won the Carling Cup. Had my last one on the concourse of the millennium stadium at half time and made a weird deal with myself that I’d quit if Boro won.
