Don't blame him. Must be a good number being DoF at Ajax, has a long steeped identity with players coached/organised the same way from kids to first team. Develop players, win things, sell them for a fortune. Great business/football model IF you can pull it off. They continue to do so.

I have experience from Championship Manager 2 upwards ... my best days were probs 00/01 ... but i'll give it a go
 
I am quite enjoying this. The truth is, if they were mid-table they would have takers. I suspect some potential managers don't want the relegation on their CV.
 
Loved Overnars as a player and it’s clear that Ajax golden thread still means a lot to the ex players Bergkamp, van der sar etc.
