Rushed in to St James this morning.
Jaysus - he is as fit as a fiddle
Really knocked me for 6 this and his wife, as you can imagine is in bits.
Oh man

Fingers crossed for your mate's speedy recovery.

The thing is he knew he had it, had a really tough few days but back end of last week he said he was ok. I left him alone after that thinking he was on the road to recovery.

Sad to hear that. Hope he improves soon. I suppose one good piece of news is that there was a ventilator available. Fingers crossed.

That's awful to hear finny. Best wishes to your pal, am sure he's strong enough to pull through.

My 40 year old, fit, brother in law started showing symptoms 3 weeks ago and it and wiped him out for two weeks, he's now out of bed and is starting to get back to some form normality. He's lost well over a stone too.

People still think its only affecting the sick and elderly, but there's to many examples where its getting anyone regardless of ages and fitness.

Hope he pulls through finny. Am sure he will, especially if he's fit as a fiddle.(y)

One of my best mates is at home with it. Says he feels a bit better today, but has thought he's out of the woods before only to find he's worse the next day. Thankfully no need for hospital so far.

One of my other mates' Mam's is now in hospital with it, hopefully no need for ICU.
