But what an album it was!Jeff Buckley - Grace.
Various live albums and compilations put out after his death, but all of them essentially rehashing his one and only studio album.
Pretty sure they had more than one album?Guns N Roses - Appetite for Destruction
Released a live album after "Layla". Not very good.Didn’t Derek and the Dominos famously only have 1 album.
Wow - remember seeing these support a band at Middlesbrough Town Hall (Cast??) when I was at college.Used to love a band called Don in the late 90's. Think they were from Brighton or somewhere like that. Seen them a few times and they released an album called The Player. I've still got the CD somewhere.
edit: Just found it on Spotify, although the album is dated 2021. Will be giving it a good listen tonight
Cast were formed from members of The La’s if I remember correctly. Had a similar sound. Can still remember the BBC playing “Walkaway” after England lost in Euro 96Wish The Las had been able to keep it together. Love the debut album.
A couple from the 00's. Larrikin Love's debut album was brilliant but never followed up. The other that springs to mind was a lad called Matthew Jay. His debut album was decent and a lot of promise there but unfortunately he passed away before he could follow it up
Great shout. One of the best punk LPs ever produced. Well, perhaps not 'produced', it's bloody awful! But written and recorded. Can't believe how few people actually know of it.Johnny Thunders & the Heartbreakers - L.A.M.F.
