I once read many moons ago that you are never more than 500 miles away from a fully equipped ready to go SAS or Marines unit.Hijackers must be a bit thick (for obvious reasons) - of all the countries in the world.. they pick to hijack in the waters of the nation with the SAS
It seems strange this - you would think that if they are stowaways that the ship would just dock. They have been zig zagging since 10.30am.not a hijacking.. stowaways.. they were known soon after setting off...

All done and dusted... 7 in custody thanks to 6 helicopters and a SBS team
A nice little distraction from the main news...
Hardly hijackers and probaly a situation that wouldnt normally get an SBS reaction...
Are they trying to make this the current "Iranian embassy seige" moment?
And when you talk about the intelligence of the "hijackers" you have to look at why they are doing wat they are doing? May be theyre desperate asylum seekers, may be theyre terrorist but im guessing its the former?
