Nuno leaving Wolves

Tottenham - Erik ten Hag?
Wolves - Bruno Lage?
Crystal Palace - Frank Lampard?
West Brom - Chris Wilder?

According to Spurs journalists, he's not even in the running for Spurs.

Nuno feels like he's taken Wolves as far as he can.

I’d love him here. Doubt we’d have the budget to bring him here and back him but if we could, I’d go all out and thank Neil for his efforts.

Can't say I think of him as being particularly negative.

They're scoring fewer goals, so it must be down to the manager's tactics, not the fact they've lost their 2 best attackers?

I remember when we weren’t too happy with that sort of finish in the PL. Certain clubs and their fans, including us, need to be realistic with their expectations. Ask any mackem fan this time tomorrow.

he tried, and failed, to change the way Wolves play this season. Don't get me wrong, I think he's been great for them, but I get his decision - the only way for him there is down i think.

Reading that it looks to me that the financial backing isn't going to be there for him to take them further.

Losing his excellent striker to injury and Jota being sold to Liverpool has been tough on them.

I'm sure many of their fans will be disappointed to see him go.

I know a number on here will disagree with me but I think he’s totally overrated.

He’s had resources many managers can only dream about and Wolves have been going backwards under his negative style and demeanour this season.

Sour grapes maybe but his side that came to the Riverside were a disgrace. Diving and faking injury all over the place. Almost threw the game away from a commanding position after needlessly losing discipline.

His reaction at the final whistle (refusing to shake Pulis hand) suggested that the complete lack of class from the players came from the manager.

Bang average for me. Done as expected with the resources he's had and a bit of a nob to boot.
