Carrick. This system means we take risks and we don't have the players to do it so we're conceding sloppy goals and not scoring enough at the other end.

I'm not saying Carrick out or anything. I think it's the recruitment that has left us with a poor squad and these are the consequences.

Thomas was out of positron for the first goal too.

It's partly the way we play but he was caught on his heels for the second goal.

Our lack of aggression / athleticism edge of the box defensively is a huge problem all season

Selling Rogers and Crooks had a feel of throwing in the towel.. how the club has handled season ticket renewals has shown there’s no love there.
 
Can you legislate for two massive deflections for both of their goals, we were cut apart as we were pushing forwards to try and get goals, sadly as we have no striker on the pitch we’ve got no chance

You have to assume he was playing to instructions for the first goal, making himself available. Totally caught on his heels for the second though.

It's his first game. He has come down from the prem so may settle into a decent left back.

We gave the ball away twice with sloppy passes and defended poorly for both goals.

You can legislate for that.

I thought he had a good game barring the 2nd goal .. he looked to have 90 mins in him as well.
