If there's nothing from them, I'm supremely confident that he is signing for us, given they haven't got a clue about any signings.

But in relation to Bolasie, I'm disappointed as he was good in his brief spell here, the money in Turkey must be telling though.

Do you seriously think they know anything? I mean seriously? All they do is try to post any gossip they read elsewhere and it's getting pretty tedious reading them pretend that they know what they are talking about. They'd be perfectly fine if they just admitted it's stuff they read elsewhere but having to read their pretend spin on whats going on is so boring.

Nobby I do find it sad that you actually now the ceefax page number, but then again, who am I to call someone sad 😔

I used to only believe a signing when he was with Bausor holding a shirt, Nobby and BL mean I can be assured about signings much earlier these days..

I'm absolutely not fussed. He's 32 and looking for a 2 year deal on decent money. So he will leave for nothing at the end having made a few quid.

Just seems 'dead money' and very short sighted. I would hope we have the ability to find a young version in the whole wide world of football.

Then again im sure if August or even sep come around and he's clubless his demands could half. I definitely wouldn't break the bank for him.

Don't get me wrong he was a bright spark in his short spell. I would be more eager if he was in his mid 20s.

As Disco says, if he comes calling when the season starts then yes, but not at the money hes asking
 
I like the kid, bit greedy on the ball but he works hard, can beat a man and a full season at this level would yield 12 or more goals. If we don't get him, so be it, good luck to him, I hope the decision was simply a value for money one or a view of building for the future with a younger winger in the pipeline
