Norwich in for Adam Reach

The few games I've seen him this year, he's looked a more influential player than the seasons he was scoring wonder goals. Wednesday needed goals rather than a half decent player though.

I think Reach is a player that could play in the PL; he's technically sound, passes well and doesn't really have any weaknesses to his game.

I wouldn't be too concerned about his form this season, he's playing in a relegated team - I'd definitely have him back here.

Norwich have an aim of being in the top 26 of English football, have a very good Sporting Director in Stuart Webber and their good signings have outweighed poor signings incredibly well over the past few years.

They are executing their strategy perfectly, they learned from mistakes last season and have become far less open which they’ll look to take into the Premier League next year, are not breaking the bank and not destroying the core of the squad that got them promoted. Aarons, Cantwell, Buendia all capable of the highest level, they‘ve got Krul, Gibson, Pukki so a decent spine that they’ll look to supplement so they can compete better than in their last stint - some astute signings on permanent deals plus loans as well.

A lot to be envious about tbh.

Agreed. I don't see him as a Pl player.

He's a bit of a highlights player: usually only seen when scoring a great strike. Better than Tarmo, but in the same mould.
He is a Rangers or Celtic player too good for the championship not good enough for the premier league.

I would have him back in a heartbeat.

I would think we would have him back.

We feed off scraps these days however and have to go looking for those players under the radar. So any established names and we have little chance of competing for signatures certainly when a bottom half prem club come a knocking.

Norwich clearly know and do things better than we do, so who are we to criticis!
we've had a poor 12 years or so, but a couple of good decades before that. It's all cyclical.

Norwich you have to look at the whole picture in the last 12 years they've had 4 relegations, and it's nearly 30 years since they've been to a cup semi-final. They're on a high after a good promotion and the second in 3 years, but you have to look longer term and I wouldn't think they are any better managed than us.
