I think this is a big part of our problem. No leaders/battlers/motivators and a while since we had one. Howson, Fry, Paddy all experienced model pro's but I don't see any of them motivating the younger lads or screaming at the under-performers when they need it. All seem to be a bit too quiet on the pitch. Maybe only Lenihan? Maybe that's what we've missed? Maybe we haven't really had this type of character since Gibson / Friend?
