What should be up for discussion?
So far -
Half Season Tickets
Concourse Bars - problems
Someone from another forum has suggested increasing the number of bonuses with season cards ie at Sunderland there is discount in the shop, priority access to SoL concerts etc. Concourse discounts.
Communications between fans and club
Network coverage in stands - especially in regard to how can you report a hate crime without a network.

Open to more ideas etc.

2. Can we have lines painted on the floors in the concourse so we have 3 separate queues for tills instead of 2?
Someone from another forum has suggested..
WHOPPERS

the past two incidents have been at away grounds..

Riversidebyside is still utter bollokcs..

not really feeling the 'club-wide commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion' through this utterly shyte kwik save t-shirt

3. What are we doing STILL selling replica kits with Gambling sponsors on to U18s? - this has been a regular complaint that just falls on deaf ears.

4. Can we find out what we have been doing instead of taking the knee?

5. Can we have a black out away kit next season?

6. What are we doing for the 2025/26 season kit? Can we get Francesca Liberatore on the case.. her Errea gear is absolutely class!

7. 'Rainbow Reds' - I don't think it's cutting it tbh.. why don't we hand over the 'Boro Pride' to our LGBTQ+ supporters..
it is much more widely recognised, less divisive and a whole lot more inclusive.

1. Are there tickets available to buy on the day? If so, why were there no season tickets available in this area?

2. Assuming they are available, can these be either made available online or instructions on how you do purchase these tickets be clearly visible online? It does not even appear that this area exists on the ticketing website.

3. Would they consider extending the GRFZ ticket pricing to other areas of the stadium. This has been successful at other clubs. Boro's ticket pricing for juniors is by far the most expensive in the Championship currently.

7. Rainbow Reds IS A fan group run by LGBTQ+ Boro supporters.
6. I think next year's kits will already have been ordered - it is all done so far ahead. I didn't know about Francesca Liberatore working with ERREA - just looked that up - yes looks really interesting.
5. What is a black out away kit?
3. Is the under 18s gambling kits because teenagers are too big for the none gambling sponsor shirts? So they have to wear adults? -Is that what you are saying? Or are you saying that between 16-18 that teenagers gear has the sponsor logo on?
2. Would you be able to see painted lines in the concourse because of the crowd on top? It is a scrum though isn't it. The safety people won't allow any physical barriers in such tight concourses.

Racism - yes I know you are right some recent incidents were away - this was the response I had when raising the question of reporting with the FSA -
Because of problems with fans getting online... "several clubs have their own text reporting service. Kick it Out's reporting system is excellent as it allows an overall picture across football to be built. If a club wants to respond immediately to an incident, it is more practical to have their own reporting system." This would be a text number. At Boro it is 07340 718965 - am going to start putting that in the fanzine from now on. That of course is a problem if you are an away fan unless the clubs display the number prominently, like on away match tickets for instance.

The suggestions about more season card rewards were not from me or from anyone on fmttm - am just saying someone has raised them as a suggestion for debate.

Nothing Special to bring up like those naughty owners of cars parking close to the ground and blocking those with parking spaces, I just have boring stuff for the esteemed forum members to consider

1) .Advance notice and distribution of tickets. It gets knocked as not important but in the last two years, we have had two matches that come to mind where the ticket info and distribution came down to less than 10 days1) Derby County at the beginning of two seasons back, we didn't sell our 3000 tickets, we sold 2000 which is a really low number for that fixture, we usually sell 3000 even if it's a midweek fixture
The same for Coventry City this season, around 2000 went where with the full 4 weeks if had been given we would have taken 3000 probably., 2400 went to Bristol City with it being live on TV
Both those fixtures indicate our away crowds reduce by 30-40% without sufficient distribution time.
It usually gets knocked on here when the subject is bought up but the figures speak for themselves.

2) Tickets for organised regional groups where they make it known they exist to the club and consideration of a side allocation for them for certain special to them matches, for instance in our group there is people who live in Cornwall who will find it hard to go anywhere further than Bristol because of the distances involve, the last train over the Tamar to Cornwall in evenings is 2130pm. So some matches are by their locality very important to the people in that region.

Fulham on the opening day 3(?) years ago was another one. Should have been a quick sell-out, but we couldn't even shift our tiny allocation because tickets were released so late. I know Rob's been pushing the issue at every opportunity since then.

I did bring this up last forum meeting. It is minuted.

3 – Away Ticket on sale times

MSF
raised the point around away tickets going on sale closer and closer to the time of the game. Ideally, they should be on sale at least 4 weeks before the match takes place.

MSF have asked MFC if there is anything they can do to raise this point with the EFL.

MFC advised that they do put pressure on away clubs to get away tickets as early as possible. MFC advised that they would speak to EFL and raise this as a point.

(You are quite right about those examples I also mentioned Fulham first game back after COVID and covid was used as the excuse there. Sunderland was of course very late also. I lobbied them about Derby at the time and their club was in total meltdown from administration. This season it seemed Coventry hadn't worked out their prices yet, bizarre.).
Anyway, lets hope the EFL do something - I think we also need to get the FSA to push the EFL as well. It is something they have done in the past.

There's potential for it to be fixed next year with the new TV deal. With all kick-offs for the first half of the season confirmed in the summer, they could put away tickets up for sale months in advance.

The Junior shirts only go to age 13 on the Errea size guide so even if sizing was correct by 14 year old you would be in an adult size small.

My lad is 10 and is on the small size for his age. He's already in the second biggest shirt size.
In reality most kids are in the adult shirt sizes by 12 or 13 year old and therefore got the gambling sponsor on.

Having a gambling sponsor at all really irritates me as I have expressed before. My kids won't be wearing shirts with it on. I won't. So if that hasn't changed in the next couple of years then they won't be getting Boro shirts.

Yes that is a really good point. As I said earlier in the week Norwich actually already publish dates of fixtures and dates when tickets are available from. I wonder what happens when games are moved for tv etc and I wonder how well their list works. But next season is an opportunity from that point of view.

Thanks for that. When we asked last year - apparently the sponsors aren't too bothered about what is on fans shirts, it is what is on players shirts that counts. But the staff in the shop reckon that fans and kids included most often want the same shirt, the replica of what is worn on the field. I wonder just how many would opt out if they could?
But that teenage size thing is really interesting. Needs to be raised again.
