There is not a hope in hell that Villa sell Ramsey for £7M and Archer for £9M. I think to secure them you’d do very well to get Archer for £20M and Ramsey for similar. Giles would be north of £10M too, especially to a PL team.

North of £10m? Can’t see it myself
 
If we don't get promoted we have to replace our current loanees with players of the same or higher standard. I think that we'll be able to hang onto Akpom.
I think we'll be able to buy Giles.
Reckon it's 50/50 we would be able to loan Steffen again. Assume City want to sell him but I don't see who would buy him as a #1 and I think Steffen would rather take step down to play as #1.
If Mowatt's turn around continues then reckon we might actually look at buying him. I think Carrick rates him more highly than people realise.
That leaves us to replace Archer, Ramsey and Muniz. Don't think we'll get any of them back. I suspect though we'll be looking for loans to replace them rather than permanents. I don't see us buying the likes of Piroe while in the Championship. These days it makes more sense to loan the likes of Diallo with Premier league clubs looking at loaning their best prospects out 2-3 times.
Think it's likely we'll also look to loan a centre-back or right-back.
Coburn or Hoppe will presumably replace Muniz so that leaves us with loans to replace Archer and Ramsey and upgrade the defence. Leaves us space for more loans in January.

if the club could get Archer, Ramsey and Giles for less than £20m they would bite your hand off. No chance they will want that alone for Archer.
 
The fee Forest paid for Gibbs White is an indicator of how much we would need to pay unfortunately, wishful thinking on your part Newy

Would be my gues. A cool £50 million but Villa will not be selling Archer any time soon

Archer - £12-15m

These players are good championship players and will be good premier league players one day but they aren’t Gibbs-White he was outstanding last year and forest overpaid by £20m anyway.

The prices for the UK-based players appear to be half of what they will be in reality.
If we go up.
Steffen. Buy to avoid filling one of the two prem loan spots. Likely £3-5m.
Giles. Think Wolves will sell. Likely around £7m unless someone else pushes up the price with a bid.
Archer. Think Villa will sell but not for less than £20m.
Ramsey. Villa won't sell but would loan him.
Pellistri or Diallo or an equivalent likely to be the other loan spot.

Of others I am somewhat aware of. Luzern will be holding out for £10m for Jashari. He'll be holding out for an established Prem club so I don't see a deal being done.
Wagner; think it will be him or Giles, not both. Don't see him coming to us without it being as 1st choice left back. Again, I don't see a deal being doable there.
Phillips. Interesting call. Fans love him but data tells a different story. Looks like one of those who is too good for the Championship not good enough for the Premier league. I think he'll get slaughtered if we buy him. I think if Fry or Lenihan were sitting on the Liverpool bench they would look better than Philips.
 
I really wanted us to sign Guglielmo Vicario as GK but alas he’s worth 16million Euros now… should got home while he was worth a Mill a couple of seasons back!
 
Semi realistic and would give us decent chance of 17th in the prem imo if we somehow win the play offs

If Archer's not possible I'd go for Duk from Aberdeen if we don't go up, rapid, can finish, can run at players, can play up front or on the left

If we go up I think Maupay is one of the best value signings to be made this summer, guarantee Dyche wont want him and probably already told the board to get what they can for him, can get 10 goals in the prem easy and still only 26, pretty likely to stay if we were to go down and he's a 20-30 goal man in the champ

Probably cost you half what Everton, Leeds, etc will be paying for Gyokeres
