New Season Tickets on sale for 2024/25

I know I’m making this point again but I am genuinely shocked at how **** poor that email is, looking at the back history of the on the other thread it shows how it has changed.

Not even a reference the boro let alone and an UTB.
A primary school kid could make a better pitch as to why you should get a season ticket. For them to not even acknowledge ones support this season it's tragic. Just lists price and you have 1 month to pay pathetic

Does this mean in the summer they gonna have to charge them at 600. Are walk ups going to be over 40 quid in the west stand they already 37. These are the early bird prices what's the full price
Sadly They will have to be around that mark to justify the early bird or why would anyone bother.

Would love it if the fans could organise a boycott for Plymouth at home. I'm interested in seeing whatever red faction banner there is at the next game.

No direct debit payment plan as a finance option? The club have no love for us. A lot of us are very rightly livid today. A season ticket renewal up front alongside: rent, council tax, leccy, water, gas etc... not leaving much of someone's payslip left to get by in the month
Hopefully the next RF banner is more relevant than the last few.

Surely our make up of season ticket holders would be the same as other clubs, or are we saying that as a % we have more season ticket holders classed as concessions than other clubs?

Yes - That is what has be reported on here by Rob Nichols who was given the information by MFC.

For example - All our ground now has concessions for 18-21 year olds. Carers of fans attending with disabilities get in free. My gut feeling is that we have a relatively high percentage of over 65s, many are posters on here. Ref concessions - It will not be dramatically different from other clubs but is higher. MFC have said £12.50 is the net ticket price they receive after VAT per fan (all types) attending a Championship game.

That info is provided by the club and how accurate and factual is it really

That must be some VAT rate. What about the money made in the concourses, they where packed last game ? Also the lounges sold out for most games at hundreds of pounds a go. Theres a lot more money than just ticket prices coming into the club.

This is quite a meltdown some are having on here for a price rise equivalent to about an extra 57p a week 🤣

Surely that email that we all received about our season ticket renewal today was written by one of the Entrepreneurs off “The Apprentice”? Hopefully Alan Sugar will sort it out in the Boardroom, sack em and say it was “a complete shambles”. (y)

It's the fact we already have among highest in the league magority charge half what we do. Then you have the short 1 month deadline hardly any time for people to get funds togeather. Then you have the email they sent that doesn't even acknowledge or thank you for your support

It’s not really £115 though. I often get my free pint if I’m there early enough, but rarely buy one at half time as the queues are ridiculous and the beer isn’t that good. I imagine a pint of lager or beer costs the club less than a quid.
Uncle,

It cost me £7 at Chelsea FC for a bottle of London Pride - not even a pint. 23 times @ Chelsea would be £161.

It can be worth £5 per pint - drinks will never be the same in a English football stadium as in pubs etc, because the nature of the setting. One open 23 times a year and the other every day.

Plenty of ST present cards for their free drinks its the reason for queues at the Riverside even when the attendance is 24k.

Others the drinks are free you could say they are included in the price of the Season Ticket, but if you do the price of the Season is in effect less than stated for those fans.

Personally I would reduce the price of the season ticket say by (£40 adult) for everyone and get rid of the free drink.

This is getting silly - my local National League North team charge £20 to stand if you turn up on the day. Live football at most clubs is not cheap in England.

At MFC we had a players wage bill of £28m in 2022/23 - if we charged adults say £16 per match we would be deducted points with our wage bill.

Personally I would have frozen prices this season because of the transfer surpluses.
