New Season Ticket Cards

Me and my son got early bird and moved seats from family to north stand.
Should we have received our new season cards by now?
 
They are leaving it a bit late if someone refuses or can't use digital ticket. Two of my mates have not been told anothing yet
 
As mentioned previously, I thought that I would be going digital owing to a season ticket price change to ‘old gits’ status, but I received a new season card in the post last Friday. Perhaps they thought I was getting on a bit and wouldn’t cope with digital ticketing 🤣

I phoned the mfc office up and they said I should have received an email about going digital - I havn't.
Told them I wouldn't go digital. I have had to fill in the online form and requested physical cards - hopefully get sorted before Saturday
 
I've not received anything either. I have emailed them this morning. There is no download link on my ticket account.
 
Will you be able to let somebody use your ticket with the digital tickets ?

I am currently digital now and sometimes lend it out for friends?

This is going to be a nightmare isn’t it.
No email but I emailed them this morning. They replied and said to try again. All sorted for me and my son. Would suggest you email ticket@mfc.co.uk. Worth checking your account first to see if the download link is there. I reckon their email system is not working as it should.
