I agree with you on this Scrote. As the kids say, I’m a Stan for the Band. I guess my point was just that since not every Boro fan likes it, I think the club deserves credit for not forcing it onto the shirt every year.

On the quality of the design and manufacturing - I don’t think you can blame the club. I think this specific shirt looks like it’s straight from the mid-2000’s, but that’s on Errea. The club gets the best deal possible for them financially and then the manufacturer does what they can do.

In Big Jack's days there were no shirt sponsors to bother about.

Jack said the band was important because it helped the team players spot each other quickly on the pitch.

Perhaps the England team should adopt the band for our next game
 
Its Bland in my opinion, however I never buy the kits especially the home one as I don't like our home kits ever I do look out for the away kit though I am just not a fan of red kits overall.
 
Can I be the first to say I don’t like the shorts? White band at the bottom is too wide.

I’m fine with the socks, you’ll all be pleased to know.
